Meet Carson McQueen
Carson is a Georgia native who knows what hard work and perseverance really mean. Raised by a single mom from the age of six, life wasn’t always easy. His father struggled with alcoholism, and his mom worked tirelessly to keep their family afloat—teaching Carson the value of grit, integrity, and personal responsibility.
After leaving college before finals week and spending a long shift washing dishes, Carson realized he wanted more out of life. He went back to school—starting at a technical college before earning his degree in applied mathematics with a minor in computer science from the University of Georgia.
Carson worked 60 to 70 hours a week during his internship, and when COVID furloughs hit, his hard work paid off—he was offered a full-time job while others were being let go. That moment reinforced what he already believed: determination and discipline make the difference.
After several years in the corporate world, Carson grew frustrated by the red tape and lack of accountability that held back progress. With the encouragement of family and colleagues, he started his own business built on a simple idea: do good by doing well.
Now, Carson is running for State Senate because Georgians deserve a choice—and a leader who’s grounded, genuine, and willing to get things done. He’s running to bring a back-to-basics, common-sense approach to District 14:
Carson believes leadership isn’t about headlines or partisanship—it’s about results. He’s running to bring honesty, accountability, and conservative common sense back to Georgia government—because hardworking families, small business owners, and taxpayers deserve nothing less.
- Fight runaway property taxes and protect seniors. Carson knows too many families and retirees are being priced out of their homes, and he’ll work to stop it.
- Phase out Georgia’s income tax by cutting waste and ending special-interest giveaways—so more money stays in the pockets of hardworking Georgians.
- Empower parents—not bureaucrats— to make decisions about their children’s education, with schools focused on the basics: reading, math, financial literacy, and real-world skills — not woke ideology.
- Protect families and communities by holding repeat offenders accountable and fully funding law enforcement.
- Cut red tape and government overreach that make it harder for small businesses to grow and families to get ahead.
